IAFF LOCAL #4077
Caddo Parish Fire District One's Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 4077, are the full-time Firefighter/
Paramedics and Firefighter/ EMT's employed by Caddo Fire District One. We staff 2 fire stations of
District One, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The IAFF stands for the International Association of Fire Fighters, which is a National Union affiliated
with the AFL-CIO-CLC, representing publicly employed firefighters in the United States and Canada.

District One Firefighters Local 4077 works to promote a harmonious and progressive work environment
between the employer and employees in order to better serve the citizens of District One whom we have
sworn to protect.

"We're working to keep you from becoming a statistic, because you are more than a number to us."
Local IAFF 4077 was established November 1st, 2000. With seven charter
members it promotes a level of professionalism that is constantly advancing.
